• All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be completed in full at the time of order.

5. Deliveries

• Deliveries are made to the address provided during the ordering process. 
• We strive to deliver on time but are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or logistical issues.
• It is your responsibility to be available to receive the delivery or provide accurate instructions.
• Standard delivery time frame: 4-6 days

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• No Cancellation or Refund Policy : We take great pride in offering healthy, homemade food items for babies, toddlers, and adults. Due to the nature of our products, once an order is placed and payment is processed, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted.
• Exceptions to the No Cancellation/Refund Policy : While we do not accept cancellations or refunds under normal circumstances due to the nature of our homemade food items, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. In such cases, we may consider cancellations or refunds only if the items are damaged during transit, if there is a defect in the product, or if the food contains foreign objects or contamination, such as insects. If any of these issues occur, please reach out to us, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
• Reporting Issues : If your order has been damaged or contains any defects as mentioned above, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. We will request photos and further details to assess the situation and process any applicable refunds or replacements.
• Non-Refundable Products : Please note that products that have been consumed or opened cannot be refunded or replaced, except in cases where the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Customer Satisfaction : Our goal is to ensure that every customer receives fresh, healthy food. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us and we will do our best to address them as quickly as possible.
